For home computers when things don't go well it's hard to determine who to turn to for help. My computer holds many valuable things so when we got a virus we turned to Joe for help. Not only did he clean my computer he saved my documents and made my computer run better than the first day we bought it. His services [were] fast and I had my computer back in no time.
And to boot, when my mother was having some issues he could remote in from Kentucky to Ohio to fix it immediately. Talk about great service! I would highly recommend Joe and Western Kentucky Computers for any need you too may have.

I had Joe to first work on my desktop due to [its] running really slow, he picked up my computer at my home, he took it and cleaned it up and it ran a lot better. I then had him to work on my laptop and I am now able to use it. Also Joe knew that I wanted to upgrade my desktop and had a great deal so now i have a newer updated desktop.
